Yikes!What the hell would be doing that?!
I'd say it's blood building up from toxin-induced bad sinus inflammation. Very frequently upper respiratory problems spread over to the inner ear. So it is probably blood that has pooled in the ears and turned brown before it starts leaking out.
And cancer....
