Yes. A Freudian slip to be sure! I heard it too, but his speech thing is purely mechanical. I notice people on the air making all kinds of verbal mistakes... sort of like typos. Usually it's only using a sounds-alike word and it's fairly easy to figure out what they mean, if you even noticed it to begin with.
